Ingredients and Process to make Butter Chicken Drumsticks:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken leg pieces
  • Cashew nuts (half cup)
  • Dried red chill - 1 or 2 (optional)
  • Ginger paste (1 spoon)
  • Red chill powder (1 spoon)
  • Salt (1 spoon)
  • Jeera powder (1 spoon)
  • Garam masala (1 spoon)
  • Tomato (3 or 4 optional)
  • onions (3 or 4 optional)
  • Butter
  • And finally fresh cream and methi

Process :

  1. Take a grinder and in that put 3 chopped tomatoes and add the cashew nuts (1 cup) after that add the dried red chill and then grind it well " the tomato paste will be ready"
  2. Now take some chicken leg pieces in a bowl add ginger garlic paste ,red chill powder ,salt ,jeera powder ,garam masala and half cup curd in it "Mix it well and leave it for 20 minutes".
  3. Now in a pan heat some oil and butter and then add that chicken leg pieces
    and fry them well on all sides
  4. In another pan heat some butter (1 tbsp) add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and cook well .Now add the tomato paste in it and cook further for 8-10 minutes.
  5. In that add garam masala (1 tbsp), jeera powder (1 tbsp), red chill powder (1 tbsp), salt as per taste and add water cook for 4-6 minutes
  6. Now add the fresh cream and put the fried chicken leg pieces into the gravy "Mix every thing well"
  7. Finally add some fresh cream and methi in it. 
  8. Your butter chicken drumsticks are read to serve๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
